As a biotech industry company, Ennolys has concentrated its fermentation expertise and know-how since 1992. We specialize in the production of biomass and high-value molecules.

Our fermenters, with various volume capacities, enable us to run a wide range of fermentation processes (batch, fed-batch, pulse additions…) with a large diversity of microbial strains (bacteria, yeasts, molds), all while controlling cross-contamination.
